What tropical aquarium fish can live with danios?
I have a single long finned leopard danio and over the past year or so I've added all kinds of fish platies, cardinal tetras, guppies, etc. and the danio all. The only fish it hasn't killed is a catfish presumably, because the catfish is considerably larger than it . My latest edition is a rainbow shark and since I added him, the danio has returned to his all too familiar routine of biting fins. I fear it's only a matter of time before the shark passes away.Any suggestions on fish that can live with danios, or shall I just return the bully to the local petstore which would probably mean his ?

I need to know which kind if so.I found my answer on a aquarium forum....they are " Vlamingi tang" The tank is 800 gallons so i think it can accomadate them. We just don't like them anymore. Too big and eat everyones food. They are the pigs of the fish tank. Leaving all the little guys to eat on the bottom as they swim around in the tank scavenging all the food along with stealing the fish from the eel.
What's the most humane way to euthanise a tropical aquarium fish?
Sadly, one of my fish has developed an incurable disease tetra disease . This can infect others, and it is making the fish suffer. Does anyone have any advice on the kindest way to put the poor thing out of it's misery? Thanks for any help.

Tropical Aquarium fish tank problems...?
I got a 250litre tank 4 weeks ago. I got pH 7.0 to 7.3, i've added fish after 4 weeks, i got 20 neons, 1 catfish, 2 swordtails, 1 platy, 8 guppies, a male fighter fish, a snail, 2 black widows, 3 white mollies, 4 baloon mollies and 1 black ghost knife tail fish.In the last 2 days i found one of my gupies dead, 1 guppy jumped out of the tank and 1 of my white mollies has a red nose and its not swimming normally and floating on one side. Why is this happening? How can i fix this problem?
