What do aquarium catfish eat?
They are about 3 inches long and are grey. Then there is one that is around 5 6 in long and is very dark grey black. Does anybody have these fish or know what they eat?I am 90% sure they are Cory Catfish.

i just bought it yesterday it looks like a catfish u would catch in a pond lakeits grey with black finsright now it is about 2 inches

Ok i am very frustrated lol..I hope i can get some help.I went to a aquarium store called tanks a lot in las vegas, and they had this all black catfish about a foot long he had kind of these white eyes ...with rows and rows of small teeth and he was very aggressive..biting at giant gouramis in a display tank..i cant find a pick anywhere of it and even the aquarium store didnt know what kind of catfish it was.. Does anyone have any ideas of what kind it may be??? I know it doesnt help without pics or a name but i can really use some feedbackAND SORRY BUT I DONT THINK ITS A BLACK DEVIL CRYSTAL EYED CATFISH
Picking an aquarium catfish?
im working on setting up a cool show tank. im planing on having in it a black ghost knife fish, clown louche, and a catfish more later, this is just to start . im not sure what kind to get though. basically what im looking for is an exotic catfish that is long and very stream line, will grow to a size of 2 1 2 to 4 1 2 inches, suitable in a community tank, and can easily be found at a price of 15 dollars or less. if anything like this exist then what would it be?thanks

P.S. I do not want one that just sucks on the glass day in day out. i want one that actually swims around. I know that cats are bottom dwellers I want a catfish for my aquarium. I want one that gets about 5 8 inches and can live in water 65 75 degrees with fancy goldfish. I have a log for it to hide in during the day since most cats are nocturnal . If you know of such a catfish, could you tell me where they are sold?I want one that doesn't just suck on the glass all day.
